1. How are you obtaining my product? top
We are purchasing CDBaby product through a larger distributor called SuperD. SuperD has exclusive rights to distribute CDBaby titles. If you have additional questions regarding this arrangement, please read CDBaby's commonly asked questions.
2. How do I remove my product from your site? top
If you do not wish to display your product on our site, you can remove your product by logging in to your CDBaby account. Select "EDIT ALBUM INFO", and edit the "Distribution and Discounts" section. At the bottom you can select NO - that it is NOT OK to distribute. This will remove your product from SuperD's list and our site.
3. How come my titles are backordered or not listed? top
We are currently working on acquiring a quantity file from SuperD which will assist us in properly displaying product availability. Until we get this file unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
4. You are not displaying my cover/tracks. Can you correct this? top
All our product content comes from Muze. They are currently updating their CDBaby content but there is no timeframe on when this will be completed. In the mean time you can email email@example.com with your coverart along with the CDU partnumber and we will update the image for you. We are unable to update track listings at this time.
5. How do I get paid? top
When a transaction is complete we will pay SuperD who in turn will pay CDBaby. CDBaby is responsible for all payments to you. Please refer to their site for further information.
