Return/Refund Policy
Return of New Items
You may return any new CD, DVD, video game, or accessory for any reason within 30 days after you receive your shipment for a refund or store credit. CDs, DVDs, and video games, you wish to return must be in their original, factory shrinkwrap to be accepted back for a refund or store credit. Accessories you wish to return must be in their original, unopened packaging to be accepted back for a refund or store credit.To return item(s), simply fill out the return section on the back of the packing slip that came with your order and send the item back to us at the address below. USA Original shipping costs and Return postage costs are non-refundable unless we made an error ie: we shipped an incorrect or defective item on your order. We will only refund standard postage via First Class Mail or Air Mail. Do not return products via expedited shipping as we will not reimburse you. Return insurance is also not reimbursable. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@cduniverse.com for information on obtaining a replacement item. A damaged or defective title can only be replaced by the same item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
Damaged CD, DVD, or Video Game Cases
If a CD, DVD or video game case arrives damaged, please email returns@cduniverse.com with your order number and we will send you a new replacement case for free.
Clothing (t-shirts & hoodies)
Any unused or unworn item may be returned for a refund, credit or size exchange within 30 days. Items must be in new condition and still have its original tags and packaging materials.
