Helena Noguerra possesses the kind of voice that draws you into her songs, wrapping you in warmth and caressing you with a soft touch. Her previous two albums under her own name (and with Philippe Katerine producing and writing the songs) were bewitching exercises in soft-focus sweetness. For Fraise Vanille, Helena didn't use Katerine's production or songs. Instead the album is a tribute to the composer Serge Revanzi, the go-to composer for the French New Wave of the 1960s. Peter Rogers is known by many for his magnificent and powerfully moving performances. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Piano Performance from Northern Illinois University. Peter's ministry experience includes performing extensively as a concert pianist with his identical twin brother Paul as a duo-piano team in over a dozen states. Together, they released a CD recording of their piano arrangements entitled "Awesome God", which has been broadcast nationally on the Moody radio network. He has won numerous awards, including first prize in the Richmond Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition. He was a finalist in the Ellis National Duo-Piano Competition and in the StarSong National New Artist Search. His performances have been featured on South Carolina Public Television, TV38 in Chicago, and The 700 Club TV program.
