HEARD SOME OF THIS ALBUM OFF THE INTERNET,COMSEQUENTLY BOUGHT IT, THIS ALBUM EVOKES PICTURES OF BLUE SEAS AND SANDY SHORES AS WELL AS THE POWER AND MAJESTY OF NATURE, IN MY HUMBLE OPININION THIS IS ONE OF VANGELIS'S BEST ALBUMS, I BELEIVE IT WAS RE;LEASED IN 1996-7

| Master of Tranquility
If there is ever a problem for me to fall asleep, i put this CD on and I am out after a few tracks. Vangelis has created a masterpiece of Tranquility. I wish he has a follow-up to this CD.

| Okay as background music
I'm the kind of person who leaves a CD playing in the car for several times through. It's absolutely beautiful the first couple of times. After that, however, the lustre starts to fade. Don't get me wrong, it's still an excellent showcase for Vangelis' talent for sweeping soundtracks, but it'll probably get put away for a while between listening sessions, just to try to renew that first shine.

| Rich! Warm! Enticing! Beautiful! Love It!
Outstanding. Takes me to the sea and beyond. I love water and you feel as if your sitting nearby, riding on top of, deep beneath the surface and all at once.

| Surging themes, evocative.
I love the powerful surging themes on this album, incredibly evocative and emotional. Delicate harps add to the mix, its a troiumph. It is a bit short though, and has one of the worst covers ever.
