Best of Sugarhill Gang songs I've looked forever in record stores for this. Right away I recognized the album cover and ordered it. Ordered it more for the memories, but I have to now hide it from my 14yr old daughter who is memorizing the words.

Best of Sugarhill Gang CD music Actually The Christmas Rap by Curtis Blow was the first Hip Hop song, next came The Sugar Hill Gang with Rapper's Delight, next was The Message by Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Then Blondie's Rapture (she even makes a reference to Grandmaster Flash in her song thus letting you know that Rapture was not the first).
