Andy is a gay teenager living in Los Angeles, who describes his himself as "totally f***ed up." His parents have kicked him out, he's broke and bored, his lovers cheat on him, and he's harassed by fag-bashers. If things are going to be this way, maybe suicide isn't a bad idea.
A group of six teenagers try to cope with the difficulties of adolescence, their sexual identities, homophobia, and the search for love. The strong, emotional performances by the principles succeed in playing against gay stereotypes while echoing universal themes.

Perfection! Odd. Amazing. Hilarious. Gregg Araki soars with this unqiue feature film. Noteworthy, as a director, his choice of upcoming "stars." All of which, no exceptions, who have gone on to make their mark in TV and film. It is funny and astute. UNIQUE and a must-see. Good Film It's like a docu-drama based on homosexuality, and the six people in the film are showing viewers who they really are. They're not all fake and feminine, like the gay stereotypes that you see everyday, but it's messed when James Duval's character kills his self in the film.
