THE MONSTER CLUB is a trio of terror tales featuring late great actors John Carradine, Donald Pleasence, and the master of macabre himself, Vincent Price. A writer of horror stories (Carradine) is invited by a mysterious old gentleman (Price) to join in a sinister storytelling session at a rock nightclub. Once there, Price spins three tales of horror and suspense featuring vampires, monsters, ghosts, and ghouls, all interspersed with humor and musical interludes.
Monster Club Reviews:
"...Three gothic horror tales with a touch of levity and comic satire....[Price has] an enjoyably hammy time as a vampire who spins the three yarns..."

FINALLY FOUND IT I looked high and low for this movie and CD cniverse is the only one who had it.
I saw this movie about twenty years ago and never forgot it, and I knew that I had to find it.
I think it's very entertaining and original, and i'm a die hard horror fan. And for a movie of it's time i give it the old 2 thumbs up Submitted by crystalclera288 (Pittsburgh, PA.) Was This Review Helpful? YesNo

Good only I think the producers must have gone down to the local costume shop and rented the boring masks used in this move because it is quite apparent they didn't spend very much money on make-up. The costumes are just as bad. The effects are below average and the acting is not good either. However I still liked the movie cause for one I am a die hard horror/ sci-fi fan and two I like Vincent Price he does a decent job in the film. I guess I liked the songs/music of the movie the best. The song "Stripper" by the group Night and the scene the goes with the song is very original. Over all it was a good only at very best. I own a DVD copy and its a keeper.
