Though Christian music is obviously of a devotional nature by definition, the sub-genre of praise and worship often provides artists with a chance to distill their inspirational message to its essence. On CARRIED ME: THE WORSHIP PROJECT, CCM heartthrob Jeremy Camp does just that, delivering a diverse set of powerfully moving tracks that make no bones about the strength of his faith. Throughout, Camp uses his sensitive yet manly baritone vocals to directly give God his due, often sounding like a born-again version of Nickelback's Chad Kroeger or Fuel's Brett Scallions. Production-wise, the album is a bit less effervescent than many similar efforts, managing to up the joy factor lyrically while still retaining a hard-hitting rock edge. With a top-notch set of tunes and a sound that's every bit as energetic as his "official" album, STAY, Camp shows that he can effectively offer ear-pleasing examples of his devotion on CARRIED ME. Carried Me: The Worship Project
$10.15 In the ever-growing open-entry world of hip-hop, many have tried and even more have failed. But just like a star with five points;O2P has something for every brand of hip-hop fan. In all actuality, O.2.P is better rounded than a 24-inch rim. Coming from the mountainside of the mid-west O.2 has developed their brand of music into something truly their own. Each member of this Wu like unit brings a different genre into this pot of gumbo called O.2.P. Being approx 8 solo emcees strong & unrestricted when it comes to their originality; O2 has proven to be a step above the rest.Consider this camp to be something like a College B-Ball squad, everyone is available for the draft by themselves but until then, they break you off when they play together. Whether it be the smooth mature grooves & R&B styling brought into the picture by the groups crooner "Myk Milli-on", or the always-spiritual message of faith whispered into your ears by the first man out the camp "Mr. Rico", who's first two releases got the ball ...
