SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition is an enhanced compilation package featuring both SimCity 4 and its first expansion pack, SimCity 4: Rush Hour. For those unfamiliar with the games, SimCity 4 offers players the chance to act as an omnipotent being and mayor, literally sculpting the terrain to create mountains, valleys, and rivers before laying the groundwork for a budding metropolis. Players can also create lightning storms, hurricanes, fires, and more to see if their creation can withstand the ravages of the elements. As mayor, it is the player's responsibility to ensure economic growth, prosperity, and a hospitable place to live with low crime. Characters from The Sims can also inhabit cities, providing players with valuable feedback on the quality of life.
SimCity 4: Rush Hour has players directly controlling different types of transportation, including planes, cars, boats, and trains. Players can simply explore their cities from eyes of a Sim, or embark on a series of missions for a more hands-on approach to fighting crime -- from catching a bank robber to preventing a carjacking. Each successful mission not only improves the mayor's overall rating but also unlocks special buildings and bonus vehicles. New additions include a European building set, an ability to personalize landmarks or other notable locales, and an opportunity to cause train wrecks, UFO invasions, and traffic pileups. SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition also features new tutorials, levels of play, and other enhancements to help acclimate players to the world of SimCity.

simcity4: Deluxe rocks If you enjoy building megapolise or just like messing around with them then this game is for you.
