Sure, Greatest Hits contains the familiar Coasters items -- "Yakety Yak," "Charlie Brown," "Searchin'," "Poison Ivy," "Young Blood" -- but the sound is terrible, and worst of all, these sound suspiciously like re-recordings. Pass this by in favor of Rhino's midline The Very Best of the Coasters. There's nothing too obscure or thematically ambitious about this compilation: it's just a 25-song collection of Top Tenners from 1960-63, taken from all corners of the pop-rock spectrum.
