| A musician's dream...
Have you seen the movie? Anyone who is a musician or ever dreamed about it, can relate to the struggle and commitment that went into this album. In today's pop music world, a FUN ROCK & ROLL BAND is harder to find than a winning gamepiece on a McDonald's Lg. coke. Remember, it's the music that counts. Shannon

| Eddie Lives
Eddie & the Cruisers II was available on cable the whole month of March. I found myself watching it on more than one occasion. I purchased the CD because i was able to feel the passion in the music after seeing the movie, WHen the songs play, my mind wanderers to the scene in the movie and enables me to really get into the music. John Cafferty's original songs are a superb blend of keyboard, guitars, drums and sax. 5 stars

I loved both films and I loved the music even more. It speaks to how low society has sunk with the crap that is out there now, this dime store crap that is laloosely labeled music sickens my soul. If you listen to the music and hear Eddie's message you see the substance of what music is all about, caring deeply about the product he was going to putting out, the care for each and every nuance of every song. This music will live forever and it is without a doubt one of the great works of Rock and Roll ever. I only wish some these so called musicians of today could take a lesson from Eddie's/John's legacy and put some substance into the music, some soul, some feeling and emotion, this prepackaged one sound fits all crap is just that.....CRAP!! long live Eddie Wilson!!!!!

| This is Life Songs
After listening all the tracks, understanding where he was standing. Personally, it hurts like heck being in his shoes. I felt the pain. The madness. And I cried knowing how he tried, but the so called record deals, turned him and the band down. That just tees me off. Listen to the music. Its gotta breathe. Give it time to talk to you and you'll see where he stood.
