Hickory Dickory Dock album by Etta James was released Apr 21, 1998 on the Ace (Label) label. A collection of 50's recordings, originally released on the Flair, Modern and RPM labels. Hickory Dickory Dock songs The singer in her precocious formative years, headed by her 1955 R&B smash "Roll With Me Henry" (aka "The Wallflower"). Hickory Dickory Dock album James' follow-ups included the driving "Good Rockin' Daddy," a bluesy "W-O-M-A-N," and the New Orleans raveup "Tough Lover," which found her backed by the gang at Cosimo's (notably saxman Lee Allen). Hickory Dickory Dock CD music Even though her tenure at Modern Records only produced a handful of hits, these 22 cuts are delightful artifacts of the belter's earliest days. Early Etta
This is the same CD as R&B Dynamite-just reissued under a new name. Under any name it's a must. From "W-O-M-A-N" (the first cut) to the last cut, "WE'RE IN LOVE" these are some of the greats of her early years.

Raunch n' Roll with Early Etta!
Etta could groove even as a kid and these are great funky & swinging sides from one of the best R&B singers.
