Phil Coulter American Tranquility CD

AGAIN reviewing any CD either , composed , sung or played by Phil Coulter and other musicians on his CD's is difficult to put into words. I found American Tranquility stirred my senses, especially as it was mostly all Piano. As an Australian I thought the arrangement Of Olivia Newton John;s On the Banks of The Old Ohio breathtaking. All the music was brilliant and the old songs such as Beautiful Dreamer , I'll Take you home again Kathleen brought back long lost memories

 Comforting and Familiar
This is a wonderful Phil Coulter album with traditional American Classics & cowboy songs. I first heard it while having dinner at a restaurant and had to ask what was playing. I was somewhat surprised that it was by Phil Coulter, who I had just discovered via a music store employee recommendation. I bought the album and have since given it twice as gifts. I love playing it when we have dinner guests. First class!
