The promise: walls of acoustic guitars, superb three-part harmonies, and impeccable production. The delivery: songs and performances with hearts in the right place but too lightweight and insubstantial on the whole to live up to expectations. Native New Yorker Fracasso, whose high, languid vocals are something of an acquired taste, plays one trump card with the wistful lost love ode "One That Got Away."
