Song Of The Irish Whistle Music Review Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars)  Easy Listening
I have similar albums but none to compare with this one. It took me to a place of tranquility and peace with some lively interludes. This one is now at the top of my stack of CD,s. Enjoy the beautiful sounds and close your eyes , you may see some fairys & leprechauns.

Imagine walking through tall grass,swaying heavily with dew,it's daybreak,and there is a dark mist rising up from terra-firma,you inhale the cold,thick cloud deeply,as if your very soul depends on it's charge! Now,with renewed energy,you quicken your step,then something stops you,dead in your tracks! A wall! Not a real wall,but something formidable you can't see that stops you from moving forward!Suddenly,the mist dissapears,and a stone rolls to the side revealing a passageway! You cautiously procede down a dark tunnel, then up,out into another world! The vines are closing in, thickly about you! You try to clear them away,but you prick your finger on a thorn!It doesn't sting!Strangely you feel warm all over,electrified!Hollow,elevated!You take a stick at your feet,and peel the vines back! You gasp!A drop of something falls into your eye! You feel light-headed,as you tilt your head back,and look up past a bright light! Then you see it!!!Could it really be? You awaken suddenly!Startled!Breathing rapidly! A tear falls from your cheek! Then you realise that you were only dreaming!You remember that you are listening to Joannie Madden's,"Black-Rose",and you wonder...Is there really such a place? Such a dark,powerful flower? Trying to convince yourself that it was only a dream,you close your eyes,take a deep breath,and feel a strange tingling in your finger! You open your eyes! You look down!There is a drop of blood on your bare foot! You look at your finger and remember the prick of the thorn...Where did that come from??? Could it really be? Lyrical Movements is at it again. This woman has single handedly morphed a twenty-four hour day into one week. How else could she find the time to bless us with, “Lyrical Movements ~ When Butterflies Harden”, her sophomore CD? The way she lives her life baffles the average, at least I can say she definitely…. baffles me. This Lyricist is bigger than the moment, she is already legendary. In minutes she is able to produce a masterpiece. As an educated peer I could not help but to ask her if she had ever studied abroad. Within minutes of speaking to her you can tell her vocabulary spanned different hemispheres, maybe even lifetimes. She smiled and meekly said “No, I have not had the pleasure to do so, although it has always been a dream of mine….” These Movements are currently felt all around the world; from London to Spain, and all without her ever setting foot outside the States. Her style is like lightning, thunder and rain….. Yes, we all know of the three; everyone has heard them before, but never like this. Her passion is her gift, and she writes like a medium. “When Butterflies Harden” is sure to crossover to every other world of expression. She is taking the world of Poetry by storm. Originality is felt in every single verse. Not to mention she sings the adlibs on almost every track. The premise of this jewel is to display the wonderful and the treacherous components of Love. The hope born from “Mr. Mystery” will lead eligible bachelors to her doorstep. I am first fellows; so please join the line, behind me.Even though the pain felt in “Lonely for Love” explains the emotions expressed when one truly feels this way, she effortlessly creates this lovely Lyrical rollercoaster by her experiences and we are grateful. For all the, non-believers of Love, she has covered all of your bases. The poem “Blood Diamonds”, a tribute to Mother Africa, will have you questioning your love of diamonds, as well as “This Goes Out”. This Poet takes the literal to the Lyrical, and innately moves at the right pace with whatever mood you happen to fall into, upon your exposure to her “Music = Heroin”, a dedication to ...
