A pretty much unique, strongly individual blend of rock and electronica, the band moves forward along the edgy vector defined by their second album 'Up', while once again discovering a certain raw straight-forwardness one last saw in their first album 'We Are Not Listening'. "It's OK, It's All Good" is about simple songs, produced to within an inch of their lives. It's scary, in a primal sort of way. It's full of songs that get stuck in your head, songs that you can sing along to. The songs are meaningful, but you're left to your own devices to find that meaning. The band addresses a lot of issues, "stuff that's been on their minds", without getting either preachy or screechy. They do get loud, though.

The title track, "Superhero's" lyrics purr a scenario of love and hurt that reward deeper analysis.
