-- Kevin Thomas, Los Angeles Times "...Travolta, using the same offhand ease that worked in PHENOMENON, works his magic..."

Michael Movie Review Average Rating: (4.2 out of 5 stars) WITTY, FUN MOVIE I seen this movie when it first came out and I thought it was a no-think relaxing movie then. I just seen it again for the first time since then, and I still enjoyed it. Although there are some spots that are a little long, there are also some classic scenes too. If you are looking for a fun, non-thinking, relaxing movie, this one is for you!!! Submitted by ELB6 (New Oxford, Pa.) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
No Ordinary Angel This has been one of my all time favourite movies.

I am just so glad that I have it, finally, to keep.

$31.75 Philadelphia is known as "The City of Brotherly Love," but the town may soon be famous for its bad behavior thanks to this mean-spirited comedy. Not for the easily offended, IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY--as the kids call it--is one dark sitcom. Still, it garners critical praise and loyal fans with its smart writing. Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, and Kaitlin Olson star as friends who run Paddy's Irish Pub. Fueled by alcohol, vanity, and selfishness, the foursome has a series of misadventures as high on the laugh scale as they are in their cringe quotient. Though most sitcoms don't joke about crack addiction, abortion, and racism, IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA turns these subjects into comedy goldmines. Season four ups ...

| | Timothy Leary's Last Trip DVD (1997)
Michael video
$10.75 The long, strange trip of Dr. Timothy Leary, alternately lionized and despised as the High Priest of 1960s LSD subculture, has inspired generations in search of self-discovery and expanded consciousness. This authorized documentary of Leary's life pays homage to Leary and other '60s counterculture personalities such as Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters--who inspired Tom Wolfe's THE ELECTRIC KOOL-AID ACID TEST--and Acid Test house band The Grateful Dead. Like other films that deal with the work of iconoclastic American heroes, such as WILLIAM S. BURROUGHS: COMMISSIONER OF SEWERS and GROWING UP IN AMERICA--spotlighting '60s political radicals like Abbie Hoffman and Jerry Rubin--this film offers testament to the power of revolutionary thought.
LAST TRIP recounts Leary's early life, from his schooling at West Point and his tenure as a Harvard professor, to the university and government experiments that prompted his research into LSD and other hallucinogens. Centering on Leary's relationships with key figures ...
