Transatlantic: A excellent array of prog rock
This is a great album by some of the most talented musicians I have ever heard. 'We all need some light' is an uplifting song with great lyrics.

A modem day supergroup
Being a fan of Dream Theater, I raised an eyebrow when Mike Portnoy announced he has this side project. After some hesitation, I borrowed the CD from a friend for a listen.

Totally Solid
Huge prog/DT fan, and Rush was my first big influence for guitar. This CD is really cool... Its kind of old school prog (Yes, Floyd, Genesis... )meets the Beatles and it works.

Amazing performance by an all-star cast.
I got to know the Transatlantic project through the Dream Theater website, a long time ago. When I listened to the CD, I was simply baffled.
