Everything Music Review Average Rating: (4.3 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews this album has a place in Joe's discog ok, here's the thing. it's like joe went out and released his own versionof 12 play, but different. the regae sound of I'm in love is, among other things, different. you're the one for me is my favourite song on here. some of the slow jams bore me, it's allright and i can do it right mainly. if lovin' you is wrong is everything a joe song should be. do not sleep on this album, but know this, the joe you'll hear on later records sounds vocally different to the Joe you hear here. this is not my name is Joe or all that i am, this is definitely not ain't nothing like me thank god, it's everything so if you want my name is joe or whatever then you should chuck that on. this is pre Jive Records Submitted by Trent Wellard (Australia) Was This Review Helpful? JOE's debut was the best. Joe's debut album, in my opinion, was the best overall disc that he come out with...It was REAL R&B music...Everyone of these songs had some true meanings and you can really express feelings to someone through these songs. If you are a Joe fan and haven't heard this, buy it. You will not bea able to download it. Submitted by deshawn4 (Middle TN) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Joe's Debut Not as good as his follow up albums, but it's a good cd. Still shows why he is one of the best male R&B singers of our time. Submitted by Jana (Dallas Tx) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

$8.99 On ALL THAT I AM, Joe offers 12 tracks of slow, smooth R&B stylings, with diverse arrangements and creative performance, all centered around the breathy, earnest voice of Joe Thomas. In addition to his multi-tracked vocal arrangements, Joe also makes substantial keyboard, programming, and production contributions.
Lyrically, the album ranges from the swaggering bravado of "The Love Scene" to the emotional vulnerability of "No One Else Comes Close." ...

$9.29 Singer/songwriter, Cindy Nelson is also a vocal instructor, performer and proprietor of a renown and respected music teaching establishment. She has been singing and writing songs since a very young age, and began performing at 12, singing and playing piano in piano bars and restaurants. Cindy has also fronted several bands, from rock to punk, and has been in musicals, college operas, and even a couple of vaudeville shows.A few years back while she was living in Arizona, Cindy went into a recording studio to lay down a four song demo. Days after completing the project, two of the songs began receiving regular radio air play. As a matter of fact, Atlantic Records showed considerable interest in her and asked her for more music. Rather than risk becoming just another "one hit wonder", Cindy decided to wait and work on honing her craft. Since then, Cindy has sharpened her skills by returning to college and getting a degree in music in just three years. She graduated cum laude at Sacramento State University, and was in the top ten of her class. Three months later she opened her music business which has been extremely successful. Barely a year ago, she recorded an independently released CD, "I CAN d" with some of the top musicians in Northern California, which garnered her a distribution contract with Tower Records. This album wound up in the hands of a respected Nashville producer, Neal James (REM, Bruce Springstien, Willie Nelson. ) Working with Mr. James, Cindy recently completed a full alternative rock project in a master quality studio with some of the finest musicians in the business. These included Byrd Burton (Nancy Griffith, Dan Fogelberg, Amazing Rhythm Aces); Darin Favorite (Collin Raye, Pam Tillis Band); Joe Koury (B.B. King, Eddie Raven); Bob Babbitt ( Michael Jackson, Alice Cooper, Jimi Hendrix, Marvin Gaye); Jim Kirby (was Roy Orbison's keyboardist); Dave Harrison (Edwin McCain Band); and Craig Krampf (Melissa Etheridge, The Motel's, Steve Perry. ) The finished project has already been submitted to major record labels by Mr. James, who continues to shop it around. These labels have indicated considerable interest and are still considering an offer. Cindy often involves herself in community efforts while working on her music career. She donates her time writing, organizing and directing one act plays for the local youths to perform in for free. Her most recent effort is producing/directing/filming, a public access TV show "El Dorado Sings Out!" featuring videos & more of local talent. The song Cindy wrote, "We're Not Falling From ...

$16.65 While doo wop was a genre strongly dominated by men, there were also a handful of noteworthy female vocal groups who were serving up fine harmonies before the birth of the girl group era in the '60s. While the Clickettes never had the same impact on the charts as the Bobbettes or the Chantels, either under their original moniker or their later handle, the Fashions, lead singer Barbara Jean English had a great voice that was both swinging ...
