 Can't get enough of Barry White
Barry White's first release arrived on the scene in my senior year of high school ... just in time. Music was changed forever. There were initial comparisons to the great Isaac Hayes, but the Maestro did something different from Black Moses. He went into the discos and made us sweat with our clothes on, before going home to make our blood boil. He was then, and he remains today the one unique icon of love ballads. His music and songs are equally potent in the bedroom and on the dance floor. Timeless! This CD has several favorites of mine. Among them: Oh What a Night, and Playing Your Game which let Barry show his upper range and passion. I just can't get enough of this MUST HAVE collection. Above all, I love the full length album versions that the compliation CDs simply don't offer. I would recommend that any true fan build their collection by getting the original releases whenever possible in order to appreciate these classic songs as they were listened to and grooved to and made love to "way back in tha day!" Now if CD Universe could only find me a copy of White Gold ...

 Another fine album
Having nearly completed the collection of Barry White albums, CD Universe yet again come to the rescue. A greta album and just as I remembered it from years back.
