2112 album for sale by Rush was released May 06, 1997 on the Mercury label. 2112 is archetypal high-concept heavy/art-rock, featuring an interconnected suite of songs and a futuristic science fiction-inspired lyrical theme (courtesy of drummer/sole lyricist Neil Peart). one of thier best pieces of work. the whole side one (2112) blows you away with trashing guitar, drums ad screeching vocals and also shows the softer side of the group possibly thier best song.

This album is just excellent. The title track alone (not just the best song on this album, but the best song Rush ever recorded) makes this album worth the purchase.
