| Handing out 5 stars doesn't come easily, but...
A favorite example of music as "Art". They say everything is simple 'til you have a choice. This album's release, awaited eagerly by fans, was delayed by a time span surpassed only by Boston as Geddy, Neil & Alex dealt with new horizons generated by the success of "Closer to the Heart" and the associated fortune and interest.

| The definitive Rush classic!
The whole concept behind the band was to create a sound that was truly unique and identifiable, and that's no different in 2002 (can't wait for the new CD!) and in 1978.

| "One of my favorite RUSH discs"
What really makes this album great is the title track "HEMISPHERES". It is a close 2nd to the concept song "2112" from the album of the same name." HEMISPHERE" is a very intelligently written song.

| Great !!
this is one of my favorite rush albums I like the structure of the songs, Neil's drumming (amazing)and lyrics, the guitar chords used by Alex are very original and give a very special athmosphere to their music, and ofcourse, geddy's basslines.

| Another classic in a long line of classics.
"Hemispheres" was not appreciated fully in its day. probably because of insufficient airplay. Not as well known or celebrated as some other RUSH disks, it is outstanding.
