Very Best Of 10CC CD

 Wonderful, British rock music
This is an excellent compilation. I grew up listening to 10cc in the '70's when I lived in the U.K. Their music is very imaginative, and the lyrics to a lot of their songs are worth checking out - they're very funny! This compilation, even though most of the tracks are from the '70's, doesn't sound dated. (Good music never does). I highly recommend this compilation to any lover of good British rock music.

 A rock and roll spectrum...
10cc music will be played for a long time to come because it offers the full breadth of genres. Reggae, hard rock, and rock ballads are all there for your listening pleasure. Unlike many bands, they made different music because they had the talent, not because they were pandering to the latest commercial music fad. Listen for one of the best love song ever written. Like the Eagle's "Desperado", which is a song about us men who learn too late about the joys of responsible, fulfilling, and loving lives, "I'm not in Love " is the best song ever written about men's denial of their true feelings. Girls, we do love you, we just can't tell you. But I think they know...

 Beautiful Music
Sometimes it is only when a artist/group release a greatest hits complilation, that you suddenly realise what great music they produced. Few music critics would say that 10cc were not good musicians as well as been able songwriters. As songwriting goes who could criticise tracks like ''Rubber bullets'', or ''I'm Mandy fly me''. I suppose everybody has slow danced to ''I'm not in love'' at sometime. All the album's tracks are perfectly crafted and stand the test of time. My only criticism of 10cc is that they never went from a good group to a supergroup. Yes they did the stadiums and the world tours, But they never left their mark to be more remembered by. But never the less all you youngsters out there. If you have never heard any 10cc before try this album and see how real music was made.
