L A Guns Cocked & Re-Loaded CD

 Still Awesome
While the original is better this CD still rocks hard. The songs are all mixed & recorded different & sound excellent. Don't listen to the other reviews, this is well worth picking up!!!

 Yuck!
From what i read at the time, L.A. Guns decided to re-record Cocked And Loaded because, at least then, it was out of print, and they wanted it to be still available. Problem? Well, I don't think the original C&L was EVER out of print, and is in fact still available most anywhere online, and most any store can order it for you. (It's often cheaper than this re-recording, too.) So, why would you opt for this shoddy "re-enactment" when you can still get the real thing? I have no idea. If you're a diehard fan, go ahead, by all means, but you'll find that none of these songs lives up to the original, and it should go without saying that the techno remix of 'Rip 'n Tear" is putrid. Avoid!

this is a re-recorded version of "cocked and loaded" from 2000. it's okay, but the original is better as it captures the moment, when LA Guns were truly great (they still are)
