| | Bobby Enriquez Live! In Tokyo CD Bobby Enriquez Discography of CDs
The second of two albums taken from a 1982 Japanese tour features pianist Bobby Enriquez (joined by bassist Isoo Fukui and drummer Shinji Mori) attacking seven jazz standards and even Barry Manilow's "Could It Be Magic." Enriquez always played with passion and aggression, and his high-powered versions of "Jeannine," "Confirmation" and "Scrapple from the Apple" are among this exciting set's highlights. ~ Scott Yanow
The first of two sets taken from Bobby Enriquez's Japanese tour of 1982 features the powerful pianist in a trio with bassist Isoo Fukui and drummer Shinji Mori. Enriquez often seems unable to control himself musically, really ripping into the nine selections. He takes "Airegin" and "Donna Lee" at ridiculously fast tempos, doubletimes "Misty," jams Jobim's "Meditation" as a bop tune, and rips into "Holiday for Strings." Spectacular playing, not for the faint-hearted. ~ Scott Yanow Bobby Enriquez Live! In Tokyo Songs | 1. | Killer Joe |

$17.09 WHAT S A MADAM TO DO AFTER SHES LOST HER JOB?Well it s going on 3 years now and I find myself unemployed. The question is why? I have 3 years of college for nursing then was told I may not be able to graduate due to my felonies, giving BJ s. I can type 65wpm, do book keeping, some accounting, great with PR work, managed bars, I ve worked for oil companies in shipping and receiving, collections, food server, charity work, writing articles which brings me to my point. After I was prosecuted I was told me to go get a job at Burger King. I have even lost my volunteer job, in which my pet Heidi (figure that out, our mascot) and I would go visit to bring a smile to a child s face that is ill from cancer. I was not fired, I guess they figured out who I was and every time I try and arrange an appointment to visit I get the run around and the hint. It seems to me society has stereotyped what hookers are, and this has to change. Whore s are people, we are your neighbors, people at your church, your children play with our children, many help the poor, throw benefits to help others, we are your severs at your favorite restaurants, we are smiling at you in the grocery store you smile back because you don t know I m a whore, I might be the sweet girl down the street selling my ass at night to make ends meet. I do this at night to pay for my school so one day I can be a doctor and take care of you. This is why I did this C.D. I can only do now what I know because society won t let me do anything else. What I know best is how to sell sex. My dreams are to one day have enough money to open up a spa and resort for animals. So I can employee women who have the desire to quit drug. I m talking about the dope that takes your soul away, that makes you kill and steal. I want them to have a place to go to work, get counseling and when they finish this program they will have a bank account for their hard work so they can start over. Most importantly to learn how to love their selves, it s impossible to truly love unless you love and put yourself first. You must be thinking how can you think one thing and do another. I learned it by politricking. This will be the first time in 46 years I voted, but I won t go into that now. One-day people will get a glimpse into what I know about politicians who say no to sex and drugs. I only have one ...

$12.99 2006 was a very good year for bad girls in regional Mexican music. It was the year that Gloria Trevi (who became famous for rock en español and Latin pop) made her mariachi/ranchera debut with her hit "Ingrato" (which was much more in-your-face than the norteño version by Ninel Conde), and it was a year in which the equally atrevida Jenni Rivera continued to ...
