hey peeples!so, here at last is my BRAND NEW RECORD! any comparsions to such politically awakened and powerfully eloquent artists like Ani DiFranco and Joni Mitchell are undeservedly (perhaps even absurdly) flattering to me, but I would like to express my humble thanks to these artists in particular (along with Bob Mould, Frank Zappa, REM, The MInutemen and a few others) for they have inspired me to finally come out of my romantic myopia and begin expressing my political feelings about the the world at large. I suppose I should also thank Michael Moore and Harry Shearer...although I can't help continuing to write the love/spiritual stuff, this album marks the beginning of a more politically outspoken phase that has given me a whole new level of inspiration.
