Seven songs Product Information
Seven album for sale by Night Ranger was released Sep 26, 2000 on the CMC International label. The original Night Ranger line-up regrouped in 1997 for their NEVERLAND album. The reunion must have been a success, since the quintet returned only a year later with another new studio album, SEVEN. The album doesn't differ much from its predecessor (or the band's '80s output for that matter)--radio-friendly hooks will lure aficionados of arena rock, as well as lovers of sticky sweet power ballads. Seven CD music contains a single disc with 11 songs. ...See Full Description

Seven buy CD music By far the worst album this band ever put out. They still play a great live show but their newer music is under par. This particular cd is the bottom of the barrel.

||Not Night Ranger's best|
Seven songs I rank this just ahead of MAN IN MOTION as Night Rangers worst release. No catchy melodies. AT ALL. Dont blame em for tryin something different but this wasnt the right direction.

||Probably the worst album ever from a major band|
Seven album for sale No kidding. The guys have done so much better before and since this album. There is not a single memorable songs on this album. If your just now getting into Night Ranger, make this cd your last stop. .

Seven CD music Of all the NR albums, this is my least favorite. Still, if you don't go in to it with too many preconceptions, it's not bad. They're not afraid to spread out and try different things, which is good, but can be risky. If you want to hear something close to their stuff from the 80's, this is probably not the CD to pick up. But, if you want to hear something new from this great band, there are some pretty good songs on it. For me, it was a bit of a letdown, after NEVERLAND (If you don't have that CD, I highly recommend getting it,) but it's good for an occasional listen.

||Not their best, but not bad|
This is not my favorite disc from NR, but it's better than others seem to want to give it credit for. No, you could not mistake this with Midnight Madness, but that's good. I'm glad they're not living in the past, just hashing out the same thing they did back in the day. The classic ingredients are still here, though: plenty of rockin' guitars, strong vocal harmonies, catchy melodies. The lead vox aren't sugary-sweet, they show attitude, probably the one thing that takes some getting used to. It's not as much of a stretch, if you've heard the album just before this one NEVERLAND (which I highly recommend). They don't throw on the higher vocal harmonies you might expect, but choose to explore the lower part of their ranges at times. 'Kong' is a bit odd, but even old NR fans can surely appreciate songs like Don't Ask Me Why, Soul Survivor, When I Call On You, and Revelation. I'd say get Neverland and, if you like it, you'll probably like Seven.
