Free Spirit CD music John E. Waldon, Jr. is the Minister of Music at Family of Faith Fellowship Church in Houston, Texas, under the leadership of Dr. Brian Patrick Glenn. His musical interests began at the early age of ten. He began taking piano lessons and later realized that he had the gift to play by ear. At the age of fifteen he became the youth musician at Sweet home Missionary Baptist Church. Upon completion of high school, John began his college career in Houston at San Jacinto College and thereafter transferred to the University of Houston. With devout interests and fervent love for music, John advanced his musical intellect by majoring in the field of Music. During and after college John remained true to his gift from God. He continued to play at various churches in his community. John has been featured as a writer/producer on Cds with artists Ed Johnson and Praise; he also was the Musical Director for three gospel plays; Honey Hush, Its all in the Family, and A Family Reunion. John is currently a member of the Houston Police Department. Some of his interests include golfing modeling and karate, in which he is a certified black belt. John is CALLED, CHOSEN AND WILLING, with his musical gifts to embark, upon the task of ministering to and winning souls for the call of Christ.
