108 minute special edition feature film DVD starring Cheec h Marin, George Clooney, Harvey Keitel and Juliette Lewis. The reptilian Gecko brothers, Richard and Seth, are headed south of the border after a gruesome killing spree. Along the way, they kidnap jaded preacher Jacob Fuller and his two teenage kids. When they arrive in Mexico, the quintet pull up to the Titty Twister, the toughest, nastiest, raunchiest biker bar on either side of the border. Unfortunately, the Titty Twister is also home to a nest of violent vampires -- who can transform an hombre into a fellow bloodsucker with just one bite. This sets the stage for the mother of all gorefests, as the Geckos, their hostages, and a few allies use their wits and endless ammo to battle the nocturnal creatures. A notorious pair of criminal siblings on the run from the Texas Rangers kidnap an R.V.-driving minister and his kids to get into Mexico in this schizophrenic thriller. Once across the border the unlikely caravan heads for a seedy bar that promises refuge but offers something entirely different--a horde of bloodsucking vampires! From Dusk Till Dawn Video From Dusk Till Dawn Movie Review Average Rating: (4.3 out of 5 stars) GO Coolney I loved this movie! The vampires and action was never ending. Geroge Clooney is fantastic and Quientin Tarentino plays a great neurotic, psyco brother. I love Danny Treijo in this too, he's always a good villan/bad guy in all his films...love those TATS! Fuuny, scary, very intertaining. What can I say? Quentin Tarantino, Cheech Marin, Juliette Lewis, Harvey Kietel, George Clooney, and hot hot Salma Hayek dancing with a snake is more than worth the cost. Sexy and scarey vampires. A very funny horror movie. Submitted by JAMESDJOSEPH (Reston, VA, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Awsome and Captivating! This is the best vampire movie since Bela Logosi. Clooney and Tarantino were superb. Harvey Keitel and Juliette Lewis were fantastic, and their portrayal of a loving family was heart wrenching. Salma Hayek was so captivating and mesmerizing. Cheech Marin was hilarous in his three different characters. This movie was scarey, dark, touching, and funny. Submitted by Jan & Mike (Brooksville, FL) Was This Review Helpful? $8.55 In Tim Burton's stylish, creepy retelling of the classic Washington Irving story, SLEEPY HOLLOW, Ichabod Crane (Johnny Depp) is a squeamish, bookish 18th century New York City investigator sent to a small town in lower Westchester county to look into three mysterious decapitations. When the always rational Crane arrives at the little Dutch village, he finds that most of the townsfolk believe the culprit to be the Headless Horseman, the ghost of a monstrous Hessian soldier (Christopher Walken), who seems to be mysteriously tied in to one of the town's most prominent families. Burton's natural instincts for campy humor, combined with the hauntingly gorgeous technical work (Emmanuel Lubezki's cinematography and Danny Elfman's score included), collide to create a work of exhilarating entertainment and poetic storytelling. Miranda Richardson, Casper Van Dien and Christina Ricci help make up an ensemble cast that, combined with the historically accurate village sets and dreamlike magic of the haunted Western Woods--created on the largest sound stage in film history--makes SLEEPY HOLLOW a visually stunning, gripping, and, at times, chilling film.

From Dusk Till Dawn DVD
$10.29 This gory prequel captures the wild, anything-can-happen spirit of the original FROM DUSK TILL DAWN, even reproducing the first film's memorable closing shot. It avoids feeling like a mere rerun, however, by cleverly taking place nearly 100 years ago, around the turn of the century on the Texas-Mexico border. There a legendary outlaw gang, husband-and-wife evangelists, a village executioner's runaway daughter and real-life macabre author Ambrose Bierce (Parks), their assorted posses and pursuers wind up at the raucous, timeless, vampire-run saloon that ties these flicks together. Midway through, the motley characters must forget their quarrels and fight ferociously for their lives after the hideous bloodsuckers drop their disguises and begin to feast. The origin of one of FROM DUSK TILL DAWN's most memorable characters is revealed--even though actress Salma Hayek is replaced by unknown lookalike Celi--and fans of this series will drink it up, as well other undead westerns like SUNDOWN: THE VAMPIRE IN RETREAT.

From Dusk Till Dawn movie DVD
$14.45 Horror author Anne Rice penned the screenplay for this full-blooded adaptation of her novel, which chronicles the life of 18th-century nobleman Louis (Brad Pitt) after he is bitten by powerful, charismatic vampire Lestat (Tom Cruise). Though enthralled with the undead lifestyle at first, Louis is unable to warm up to killing humans and grows despondent. To comfort Louis, Lestat creates another vampire (Kirsten Dunst in a star-making peformance), a young girl who from then on cannot age. Antonio Banderas appears as Armand, a 400-year-old vampire, and Christian Slater plays the radio producer who interviews the remorseful Louis.
Director Neil Jordan captures the lush decadence and erotic fervor of the novel, infusing the film with rich, dusky tones. The big budget is well used to bring each period and place to sharply detailed life, and there is no skimping on the blood or immortal angst. Thandie Newton has a small role as Louis's Creole servant near the beginning of the film, and Jordan regular Stephen Rea appears as a Parisian vampire theater star. INTERVIEW broke weekend box-office records when it premiered and has since earned a spot in the pantheon of great vampire films.

From Dusk Till Dawn review
$10.25 Director Steven Spielberg's World War II tour de force chronicles the journey of a GI squad on a dangerous mission behind enemy lines. Led by Captain John Miller (Tom Hanks), the unit is under orders to track down a soldier, Private Ryan (Matt Damon), so he might return home to his mother in America, where she is grieving the unimaginable loss of her three other sons to the war. The first unforgettable 20 minutes of SAVING PRIVATE RYAN realistically and horrifically depicts the Normandy invasion as Miller. his second-in-command, Sergeant Horvath (Tom Sizemore), and the others in the unit land at Omaha Beach. Before the film began shooting, Hanks and the actors in his squad went through a one-week boot camp in the woods. All the actors, except Hanks, wanted to quit, but Hanks rallied their spirits by reminding them of the incredible tribulations endured by the real veterans of World War II. Production designer Tom Sanders found a beach in Ireland that perfectly matched the landscape of Normandy's. Spielberg gave great credit to the Irish army who helped re-create the Omaha Beach scenes.
