Philliph Rhee exceptional martial artist
Best Of The Best 3 & 4 film Philliph Rhee is one of the most exciting martial artists to watch I think he blows Steven Seagal, Van Damme out of the water similar to Jet Li all of the best of the best movies are awesome wish there were more made.

tae kwon do action
Best Of The Best 3 & 4 review i think that there is a total of 11 fight scenes in the 2 movies (together) which is very low for a martial arts film... still, when you do see the fights, they are very watchable... lots of hapkido and tae kwon do in the fights... part 4 has an arnis/fencing scene that seems kind of corny, but other than that it is a pretty cool dvd.
