I bought this record when it was first released and could dance my heart out on it and I still can. I've even downloaded "School Days" as my ringtone. Stanley Clarke gives Good Ear.

I've always been a Stanley Clarke and or Return to Forever fan. Come on, are his licks unreal or what? Once again I'm extremely pleased with CD Universe's work ethic.

I just ordered this CD after sampling it here. Used to listen to Stanley when I was little, and his music always made me feel good. great get-up-and-dance disc.

||It's that good|
Not only is this, the great, Stanley Clarke's best album-no question, it's also the best album with bassist as a lead, including any album by the great Jaco Pastorious (r.i.p). This is one of the great records of the entire fusion genre. It has no rival. 30 years later, I still marvel at every song!

||A Fusion Classic,a must have|
I first heard Stanley in 1974,when Lopsy-Lu received airplay on prog rock stations. Still is and always has been the champion of the bass. An incredible lineup,and engineered by Ken Scott(Dixie Dregs)a can't miss album. I still wonder why Ray Gomez isn't one of the best known guitarists around. I've seen him with Stanley and company 3 times and he's just amazing every time. Add George Duke and Billy Cobham to the mix,not to mention David Sancious and you have a sure winner.
