| Dylan's return to form continues Thankfully, we now have the benefit of hindsight, so we can see that Dylan's two albums of blues and folk standards was not the end of the road, but the path back to the road. Re-connecting with his roots -- through these covers albums, the MTV Unplugged appearance, the 30th Anniversary Concert -- was essential, and allowed Dylan to finally make peace with his legacy. The foundation was set for his second Golden Age -- which was proven in 1997. By danielthomas5 (Minneapolis) |
| A Great Album This is an album completely composed of traditional folk songs arranged by Bob Dylan. Bob Dylan recorded this album in two weeks with just himself and his guitar as his tools. It sounds very laid-back and relaxed. His voice is not at it's best but nevertheless the album is a good one. If you are a true Bob Dylan fan, I would recomend getting this album.
