Discs One and Two of ED HUNTER contain tracks in the order of votes received on the Iron Maiden website to determine the "Top 20 Maiden tracks of all time." Disc Three is a CD-Rom game featuring these same songs.
Talk about bang for your buck! One of the most popular heavy metal bands of all time closed out the 20th century with a package that says "thank you" to the group's longtime fans: a triple-disc set that includes the group's 20 best tunes and a CD-ROM computer game based on the band's famed mascot. Metal fans and computer buffs unite!
"Iron Maiden (live)" is definitive Maiden, featuring vocalist Bruce Dickinson's famous battle cry "scream for me," issued here to the rabid Long Beach crowd. Fans will understand why "The Trooper," with its precision playing and unrelenting bass line, had to be included in this set. "The Number of the Beast" is one of the classic metal tunes of all time, featuring Maiden's twin-axe assault of Dave Murray and Adrian Smith. "2 Minutes to Midnight" and "Aces High" are powerful, well-produced tunes from arguably Maiden's most fruitful era. "Hallowed Be Thy Name" begins slowly but builds to a mega-metal climax. "Phantom of the Opera" and "Killers," both of which feature original vocalist Paul D'ianno, are tight, well-crafted metal treasures. ED HUNTER is a fabulous collection of tunes that also boasts a fast-paced, challenging, and state-of-the-art video game.
Producers: Martin Birch, Steve Harris, Nigel Green, Will Malone.

| | VH1 Presents The Corrs Live In Dublin CD (2002)
Ed Hunter CD music
$6.39 This audio document of The Corrs' Dublin homecoming concert has pretty much everything fans of Irish pop could wish for, including an appearance from Bono in his earthly incarnation, fresh from an audience with President George W. Bush. It's to the band's credit that the charismatic singer fails to steal the show, despite creditable efforts via an anthemized version of Ryan Adams' beautifully downtempo ...
| | Drive-By Truckers Southern Rock Opera CDs (2001) Digipak
Ed Hunter music CDs
$11.99 A sprawling two-disc set, the Drive-By Truckers' SOUTHERN ROCK OPERA is a cracked masterpiece that's enjoyable on several different levels. Hipsters might enjoy the giggly premise of a two-disc set devoted to a slightly altered retelling of the rise and fall of 1970s Southern rock icons Lynyrd Skynyrd. ...

| | Essential Iron Maiden CDs (2005) Remastered

Undeniably intense live shows featuring said larger-than-life mascot? Check. Three fret-shredding guitarists playing at once? Check.
The two-disc ESSENTIAL IRON MAIDEN takes listeners backwards (for the most part) down the shadowy path of the iconic British group's career, beginning with tracks from 2003's DANCE OF DEATH and 2000's BRAVE NEW WORLD, the album that reunited ...
| | Electric Prunes Underground CD (1967)
Ed Hunter music CDs
$13.59 According to Electric Prunes members Jim Lowe and Mark Tulin, producer Dave Hassinger enjoyed enough success as a result of the group's early hit singles and their subsequent debut album that he was too busy to spend much time with them as they were recording the follow up, and that was arguably a good thing for the band. While Underground didn't feature any hit singles along the lines of "I Had to Much to Dream (Last Night)," it's a significantly more consistent work than the debut, and this time out the group was allowed to write five of the disc's twelve songs, allowing their musical voice ...

| | Allman Brothers Band Idlewild South CD (1970) Gold; Collector's Edition; Limited Edition; Omr; Mini LP Sleeve
Ed Hunter music CDs
$27.05 Betts's other contribution to IDLEWILD SOUTH is the instrumental "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed," a centerpiece of the Fillmore East recordings. Gregg's "Please Call Home" and "Midnight Rider" are built around piano and acoustic guitar, respectively, and have a different feel than the band's usual twin Les Paul-and-Hammond sound. That sound is showcased in the balance of Gregg's tunes, however: the funky blues of "Don't Leave ...
