|DEFINITELY NOT 'NUMB'|
NOT ENOUGH CAN BE SAID ABOUT HOW GREAT THIS PIECE OF WORK REALLY IS. IT IS TRULY AN UNPARALLELED CLASSIC. AND FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS I HAVE CONTENDED THAT 'COMFORTABLY NUMB' CONTAINS PERHAPS THE GREATEST GUITAR WORK EVER!

||Pink Floyd does it again|
This album is a shining example of everything that is Pink Floyd. With brilliant music, it is a treat to listen to, as are all Floyd releases I have heard. It takes time to apprechiate the music, and it may not be for everyone but I think that if everyone gave it a chance, they would realize how great this album really is. The movie is also worth seeing but I advise listening to the CD first so it fills your mind with its own images, and not those of the movie.

If you have the guts to give yourself to this album it will pay off in spades. Word of warning however, be prepared to learn more about yourself than you do about Pink Floyd. The sequel to it, and equally as good, was Amused to Death - have them both in the car on long night journeys.

||Not my favorite but very good.|
A very very deep album. Probably the deepest ever made. It takes more than one listen to understand, but once you get it it's truely a wonderful and moving work of art. More of a lyrical and conceptual masterpiece than a musical masterpiece. If you think Another Brick.. Part 2 is the only good song on this then you're probably as deep and complicated as a doorknob. Definately not an album for teenyboppers.
