Leo Dan's Personalidad: 20 Exitos features most of the Argentinian pop star's biggest hits, including "Te He Prometido," "Mary Es Mi Amor," "Como Te Extraño Mi Amor," and "Solo Una Vez." These songs, as well as "Toquen Mariachis Canten" and "Pero Raquel," define the playfully romantic, American rock and pop-influenced sound Dan purveyed in the 1960s and '70s. While it's not a complete retrospective of his work, this is still one of the better compilations available. ~ Heather Phares Leo Dan 20 De Coleccion Songs 20 De Coleccion Music Review Purchase 20 De Coleccion CD To buy, Click on price to add to cart | Sandro 30 Aniversario CD (1993)

| | Venom Welcome To Hell CD (1981)
20 De Coleccion album
$10.45 Welcome to Hell, and Venom themselves, for that matter, have long been the subject of heated debate within the heavy metal community. Few bands have been as recognizably influential yet so universally panned by critics during their careers, and, of course, it was this, their first long-player, which ignited most of that controversy in the first place. This shocking debut was the scene of a bloody, head-on collision between Black Sabbath's original heavy metal commandments and lyrical obsessions with all things demonic, and Motörhead's unparalleled distortion and breakneck speed. Make no mistake: Welcome to Hell, more than any other album, crystallized the elements of what ...

| | Mac Gollehan In The Spirit Of Fats Navarro CD (2000)
20 De Coleccion music CDs
$14.29 Trumpet player Mac Gollehon spent time in the studios backing many pop and rock artists of the day, including Mick Jagger, David Bowie, and Madonna. Gollehon and his sextet, Smokin' Section, have performed at such venues as the Blue Note. For his fourth album heading his group, Gollehon chose to honor a master of the bop trumpet, Fats Navarro. But right from the first track, "Spinal," the listener is made to understand that this tribute is not the typical recycling of the honoree's most famous recordings or emulating his special way with the horn. The homage comes in the form of playing some of Navarro's well-conceived compositions as well as those by some of his collaborators in the furtherance of the bop, such as Bud Powell and one of Navarro's constant partners during his tragically short life, Tadd Dameron. While you hear some Navarro in Gollehon's playing, especially on "Boperation," he is an unabashed member of "damn the torpedoes, full speed ...
