Promenade down funky Broadway!
Only Van Morrison could start off singing about moonshine whiskey and southern love, then swerve abruptly into a recitation about promenading down funky, funky Broadway. And a night out on the town has never been celebrated better than in Wild Night. Just for good measure, Ronnie Montrose is along to rock up the Irish soul a little bit.

wonderful surprise!
This was a valentine's day purchase for my husband from my 2 kids and myself. It isn't my type of music, but I didn't mind it at all. Thanks again for having it available, I couldn't find it anywhere, until here!

one of his best
This is my favorite of his along with "Moondance". It demands repeated listenings from me."HIs Band and street choir" sounded like a son of "Moondance" but this one isn't.

Great album
This is definitely an album that every Van fan should own. I have gone through 2 already because I love it so much. A lot of the songs are pretty upbeat---unlike most of V.M's albums. But I guess that's the beauty of Van Morrison-- each album is so unique. You should own 'Tupelo Honey'.
