In Search of the Lost Chord songs On this album, we get a sense of how the Moody Blues really play together. Sure, we saw how well they can integrate themselves with an orchestra, but now we see just how well they can play by themselves.

| Good follow-up, one which defined the Moody Blues for decade
This album continues the innovation and experimentation of Days Of Future Passed, and takes it to a whole new level. Instead of using the orchestra, they used their now-trademark Mellotron and a slew of instruments, both traditional rock'n'roll and exotic, even indian, instruments.
