Firm Mean Business CD

The Firm consists mainly of Paul Rodgers and Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin. There are overtones of both Led Zeppelin and Bad Company but not overpowering so the band stands on it's own without being a clone of either of the major player's original bands. This is the second album and is just as 5 star as their first release. Both are definitely worthy of a place in any true rock fan's music collection.

 No more times for old zep sound.
The Line up is challenging and tasteful. One of the best rock guitar of the seventies and one of more fine vocalst of the british blues-rock. The pieces are not bad and there's also something fine tune as"Cadillac" and "free to live" but tis is deafinitely not the best from Mr.Page & Mr. Rodgers.

 This Means Business!
Certainly produces a true reflection of the styles of both Rodgers and Page. Recording set up to ensure the listener gets the feeling of a live sound. Take this album for what it is and you'll appreciate the fact that it is a very good Rock album. Compare it to Led Zep or Bad Company and you'll not appreciate it. Released by any other band, the album would have been a huge success. However due to the comparisons of PAGE and Rodgers past works, the criticism sunk it like a stone. In short...buy the CD it's worth the price of admission.
