Warner Brothers played a safe bet by reuniting Sleepless in Seattle stars Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks for this film. An even safer bet is the collection of stellar artists that make up the accompanying soundtrack. There's a fair amount of genre-hopping here, from Louis Armstrong's "Dummy Song" to Roy Orbison's evanescent "Dream." Other highlights include The Cranberries' anthemic "Dreams," Randy Newman's sardonic "Lonely at the Top" and Bobby Darin's good timey "Splish Splash." A mixed bag to be sure, but a consistently enjoyable one, whether you're familiar with the movie or not.

This CD is great for people who listen to all types of music!! Which makes it great for me. I love it. Especially The Puppy Song and Anyone At All!

I remember getting this soundtrack before I even saw the movie. When I brought it I brought it for track 2 (Dreams-The Cranberries) But I got alot more great tracks than that with it. This cd is a dream. It's a dream for a person who likes great "oldies" as well as some of today's great hits and thats what makes it really click for me.
