A 2nd best hard rock album of the 90s
There is only one CD that is perhaps better than this one throughout the 90s, and that is Neil's 'Ragged Glory." This is not really for Pearl Jam fans! This is a Neil Young album with Pearl Jam backing him up. Everybody does a superb job, and this is a must for any fans of Neil Young.
