STAN AND JUDY'S KID was nominated for the 2000 Grammy Award for Best Spoken Comedy Album.
On his fourth comedy album, 1999's STAN AND JUDY'S KID, Adam Sandler offers another helping of bits, skits, and goofy songs. Longtime Sandler disciples are sure to find enjoyment with such titles as "The Peeper," "The Champion," and the nearly 12-minute-long "The Psychotic Legend of Uncle Donnie." Another highlight is "Chanukah Song Part II," the long-awaited follow-up to Sandler's comedy standard from 1996. Fans of this Saturday Night Live alumnus will definitely get a kick out of STAN AND JUDY'S KID.

Stan And Judy's Kid Music Adam Sandler Stan And Judy's Kid Songs Stan And Judy's Kid Music Review Average Rating: (3.3 out of 5 stars) A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION Adam Sandler new cd is alright but nothing like his first two. The skits are somewhat humurous, and although it is better than his last cd, it's still not on the same level as "What The Hell Happened To ME" his best one in my opinion. But hey it's a step in the right direction. Submitted by jth171 (Marietta,Ohio) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Adam Sandler is At it again My expectations for this Cd were much higher than the quality of it. Adam Sandler started out with two great albums. (They are All Gonna Laugh At You and What the Hell Happened to Me)His next CD, What's My Name, was his worst because the entire album was songs. Some of the tracks on Stan and Judy's kid are amuseing and funny but overall it was a waste of my 15 bucks. Submitted by a reviewer (Bronx, New York) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
It's Mostly Good... Mostly This CD is pretty awesome. My favorite ones are The Peeper, Chanukah Song Part II, Inner Voice and Reprise. I also like the "Cool Guy" skits that he does. Submitted by a reviewer (Fort Bragg, CA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

THEY'RE ALL GONNA LAUGH AT YOU! was nominated for Best Comedy Album in the 37th Annual Grammy Awards.
In his incredibly successful run of films, Adam Sandler's constant has been his penchant for playing the jokey everyman. From Happy Gilmore to Mr. Deeds, he's the likeable lout with a heart of gold and a love of guy stuff like hockey, farts, and McDonald's breakfasts. His perpetual hangdog look and Jewish-joke songs have carried him a long way since 1993, when the Saturday Night Live alum issued They're All Gonna Laugh at You, his first -comedy album. The humor was of the class-clown school: crass, obvious, and self-absorbed. But its bits formed the foundation of Sandler's charmingly foul comic empire. Instead of ...

| | Adam Sandler What's Your Name? CD (1997)
Stan And Judy's Kid music CDs
$6.09 WHAT'S YOUR NAME? is Adam Sandler's first full music album following two earlier records that were a mix of comic material and songs. Backed by a coterie of seasoned studio musicians, Sandler runs wild with a myriad of characters that uses different musical genres as an effective backdrop. "The Lonesome Kicker" is a dead-on Springsteen impression that promises to do for football what Cheech & Chong's "Basketball Jones" did for roundball. The prominent sitar that turns "Pickin' Daisies" into a clever slice of bubblegum pop features Sandler ...

Stan And Judy's Kid album
$10.45 Built To Spill abandoned any strictly lo-fi leanings long before ANCIENT MELODIES OF THE FUTURE, the band's fifth full-length release, but it is with this album that the trio's near-perfect balance of indie- (almost math-) rock and surprisingly irresistible pop hooks hits stride for a full, satisfying LP. ANCIENT MELODIES OF THE FUTURE retains the line-up of Doug Martsch, bassist Brett Nelson, and drummer Scott Piouf for a ...
