| A Very Moody Album
This is a very good album. The songs are written very well. Elton John and the Bernie Taupin collaboration is a very good thing for his albums.

| Elton always has at least a few that just kill!
Don't care for a lot of the album ,but it was worth it for" Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word," There are other good ones on there,but if you are considering a purchase, make SURE to get the double disc album and not the one they edited.

| Not bad, but would've been better as a 1-discer
Sir Elton's songwriting was starting to break down here, as his bandmates ended up helping write several of these tracks. Despite some solid songs and a few interesting instrumentals, there's just far too much filler here.

| Isn't this Elton's favourite album?
Yes, there are some duffers (notably 'If there's a God' and the music they used for top gear - 'Out of the blue', but the sound is excellent, the band is excellent, there's Buckmaster involvement, and some of these songs rank as Elton's best compositions.
