Beautiful Sounds I didn't listen to jazz music at all until I listened this album from a friend. I find Najee to have a unique sound, and his music has a soothing effect on me. My favorite on this album is the song "Noah's Ark". It make me feel so good listening to it. It's brings me a feeling of peace and happiness. Just An Illusion CD music
$12.25 Children's music superstar Raffi maintains his stellar standards on this charming 16-song album. Don't be fooled by the title, which is something of a misnomer: this isn't all play music. In fact, it covers a range of moods and subjects, not to mention genres.
The bearded Pied Piper from Canada weaves together a selection of familiar covers and imaginative originals. There's a Celtic folk version of the Beatles' "Yellow Submarine," a delicate piano treatment of "Eensy Weensy Spider" (with an additional, Raffi-penned verse), and, in an interesting choice, an airy rendition of "What a Wonderful World." Among the original numbers, "Raining Like Magic" is sea-breeze calypso, "If You're Happy and You Know It" skips along on Chico Marx-style piano, and "It Takes a Village" is bright reggae with an important message. Reaching farther around the globe, "Tsetang Gangla (On the Playground)" is an adaptation of a traditional Tibetan children's song and the dreamy "May There Always Be Sunshine" alternates between English and Russian. Of special note are "Jane Jane," a bouncy tribute to Dr. Jane Goodall, who studied the chimps of Tanzania for 40 years, and the swingy title track with its nod to legendary ...

| | Phil Soussan Vibrate CD (2005)
Just An Illusion songs
$15.19 Phil Soussan, bass player, has worked with many artists including Ozzy Osbourne, Jimmy Page, Toto, Billy Idol, Vince Neil, John Waite, Steve Lukather, Edgar Winter and Richie Kotzen. During those times he was also active in writing songs for them, most notable, Ozzy's biggest hit single "SHOT IN THE DARK". At this time he has released his debut solo CD entitled "VIBRATE"; a collection of 12 songs written over the last couple of years that he has been recording this since February 2005. Featuring many of the musicians that he has had the pleasure of working with such as Simon Phillips, Gregg Bissonette, Steve Lukather, David Paich, Richie Kotzen and others. The album represents a cross section of the styles that Phil has become known for. Memorable melodies and hook production ideas make this a record of songs that people seem to retain in their heads. "I chose the title VIBRATE because that is what I would like to describe happening when people hear the record. ...
