||Long Live The King!|
I have been "reviewing" this set since it's first issue over a decade ago. The man was called the "King Of Rock n' Roll" for a reason. This boxed set rocks, just like he did, just like everything else that he recorded, and everything he touched. reviewed by- Tracy Cheyka.

||Significant body of work|
Essential. Any artist would be proud to have produced a body of work like this in any decade.

||Mr. Shaft says...|
Another excellent BMG/RCA piece of work, with perfect mastering. Although Elvis's 60's recordings were mainly designed as advertisements for all his terrible movies, THOSE songs, the movie ones, aren't in this set. Nor are the gospel recordings. The songs in this title aren't that bad, but many aren't winners, either. The 4th and 5th discs, however, from the LATE 1960s, are 100% superb. These recordings were the start of Presley's comeback, and you will want to play them over and over again. They're THAT good.
