This is the TOP of TOP's most rarest form, sure they had "Back to Oakland, featuring Chester Thompson of at that time Weather Report" but this is the premier Album, the coming out Album, full force straight at you, there's not time for a breather, jam after jam after jam, and you don't stop til you get off on "Sparkling in the Sand" this is on it way to becoming a collector piece, ala Tower of Power, let's serve em' up....

East Bay Grease is the first album by Tower of Power. It was a new kind of Soul music, but I think it was only start.

| Yep!!!!!
I had heard East Bay Grease on the double CD called the Last Days of the Fillmore. I liked the live version so I thought that I would get the studio version.
