$15.19 In the days of prohibition in Saskatchewan in the early 1920s notorious Chicago gangster Al Capone had numerous hidden routes, underground passages and meeting places in Southern Saskatchewan, one of which was in the basement of the Homestead Hotel in Milestone. The interior of this hidden gambling house was green, from the poker table in the middle of the room to the chairs and walls. The sign on the front of the heavy oak door simply said 'GREEN DOOR CLUB'Roughly 75 years later, this gambling house became the jam spot for 3 arising musicians named, Matt Palynchuck, Danton Moorhead, Mike Palynchuck, and later Mike Legault.
