| The Last Nail In The Coffin for ELP
The first nail was Works v1. Although not a bad album, just not a great album considering there was a 5 year break between studio LP's.

| This is a VERY GOOD Album
Dispite what another reviewer says this album is really very good - maybe it just doesn't go over well in Alabama! Sure the cover is pretty lame (as also mentioned in another review) but the cover isn't what spins around in the cd player.

| Excellent Change of Pace
Most ELP fans agree this is their worst album, mainly because they are comparing it to the group's incredibly awesome first 5 albums, which to this day still hold their own in the progressive rock genre.

| gawd awful
It makes a good conversation piece for when your in mixed company and you want peoples jaws to drop when you play it to them and they see just how unbelievably bad it is.

| focus on the contents, not the cover
This is generally considered ELP's worst album. Yet it's my favorite along with "Brain Salad Surgery," mainly because Lake is at his most expansive and Emerson is at his most subdued.
