As good as the vinyl I ordered this CD because my vinyl copy is getting quite old and worn. I feel the quality is as good as the vinyl, even if it doesn't have that little bit of "warmth" rendered by the record. Mario ROCKS!

Kids of today would also LOVE Mario Lanza's love songs As an 18 yr old collee freshman football player at a major university in 1953, I was hooted at by my fellow teammates for purchasing a 45rpm album of Lanza's Studend Prince.... UNTIL they heard the Drinking Song and Gaudeamous Igatur... Then they all bought one, after they wore mine out.... I still play Mario for my grandkids.
