5 stars Outstanding Film!
A true murder mystery with JT the investigator who has to unravel an old history to understand why it happened, how, & maybe who! Completely entertaining, draws the viewer in. And John Woods is terrific (as always)! Has a beautiful airial scene of West Point.

Grier plays Foxy, a toughened woman living in a drug-plagued Los Angeles ghetto who goes on a one-woman mission of vengeance after her undercover cop boyfriend (Terry Carter) is shot down in the street.
