Marky Ramone And The Intruders: Marky Ramone (drums); Ben Trokan (vocals, guitar); Johnny Pisano (vocals, bass).
Once a Ramone, always a Ramone. Marky Ramone and the Intruders' latest album The Answer to Your Problems? is loud. It's fast. It's fun. It's stupid. And even with 14 songs, it's less than a half an hour long. Unfortunately for Marky, it's not all that original. Worth a spin or two, but this would be the answer to your problems only if someone stole your copy of Rocket to Russia. ~ Mark Morgenstein

Answer To Your Problems? album
$10.35 The first NOFX record released on Epitaph Records is really just a great big mess. A tinny album full of punk-tinged metal riffs and silly lyrics, it shouldn't be surprising that listening to this record could make some people wonder how NOFX ever managed to garner any sort of fanbase. The basics of the band's sound come thorough from time to time, notably in the live staple "You Drink, You Drive, You Spill" ("I say don't drink and drive/you might spill your beer"), but, sadly, a good portion of this record is just plain stupid. There are some surprising guitar heroics -- musically the band is a pretty tight and fast ...
| | Smash Mouth Astro Lounge CD (1999)
Answer To Your Problems? CD music
$8.65 "All Star" was nominated for the 2000 Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal.
When Smash Mouth hit with the impossibly catchy "Walking on the Sun," many dismissed them as a one-hit wonder, but ASTRO LOUNGE finds the band bidding for a longevity that belies flash-in-the-pan accusations. Raspy, Richard Butler-ish vocals ride roughshod over carefully arranged but driving alt-rock. ...
| | Ramones Hey! Ho! Let's Go: The Anthology CDs (1999)
Answer To Your Problems? music CDs
$21.55 Includes a hardcover 80 page booklet with liner notes by David Fricke.
It took four Queens punks who could barely string together four chords to revitalize American rock & roll. The Ramones torpedoed self-important '70s arena-rock, stripping it down to its foundations. Thanks ...
| | Social Distortion Live At The Roxy CD (1998)
Answer To Your Problems? songs
$11.99 One of the longest-running California punk bands, Social Distortion began spewing musical venom in the early '80s. Over the years, their musical vision has been somewhat refined, but they've never compromised their integrity or lost a bit of their punch, a fact borne out by this 1998 live recording. Singer/songwriter Mike Ness is the archetypal tough guy with a heart of gold, chronicling the tribulations of the underclass in post-Reagan America over a jackhammer ...
| | Mike Ness Under The Influences CD (1999)
Answer To Your Problems? album
$11.99 In retrospect, Social Distortion singer/songwriter Mike Ness making this album seems like an inevitability. It was Ness's country sensibilities that helped make Social Distortion one of the most unique West Coast punk bands, so this album of (mostly) C&W covers (his second solo effort) seems a long time coming. To his credit, Ness doesn't try to disguise the fact that he and his cohorts are rock musicians first and country fans second. He displays the utmost reverence for ...
| | Ramones Leave Home CD (1977) Deluxe Edition
Answer To Your Problems? CD music
$5.99 Digitally remastered by Bill Inglot and Dan Hersch (Digiprep).
Released only months after RAMONES, the Ramones' second album pales slightly in comparison to its stone-classic predecessor--but only slightly. LEAVE HOME contains enough all-time Ramones anthems--"Commando," "Pinhead" (which introduces the legendary ...

Answer To Your Problems? album
$14.79 A Northwest band known for their distinctive lyrics, striking female vocal harmonies and tight bass/guitar/drums/keys lineup, The Ditty Twisters pull out all the stops on their raucous sophomore release, Piñata Baby. Called "one of Po-Town's most original outfits" by Willamette Week, the band continues to break new ground as they gradually move away from the punkabilly swamp sound that characterized their first album. With a harder, ...
